Progess Inspections for Lending Institutions
Using a format developed in co-operation with banks, VISCC organizes an affordable and cost effective package of inspections to verify the level of completion for the disbursal of loan funds. We perform on-site inspections with plans and specifications at critical phases of construction. Although primarily used by lending institutions, this service is also valuable to developers, homeowners and contractors.
