Scheduling
VISCC generates a realistic activity schedule that reflects the time needed to accomplish the work outlined in the project estimate. Our cost estimates and schedules are fully integrated so that a change in one is expressed as a change in the other.
During the pre-construction period, your VISCC scheduler will:
- Demonstrate cost delays during permit and design development process
- Highlight critical activities to be assigned and tracked
- Create a sense of shared responsibilities and timelines with the project team
- Provide a negotiation tool to determine the construction delivery method
- Illustrate the differences in your schedule and the schedule proposed by your builder that can be discussed as part of your selection process
During the construction phases, VISCC can produce schedules for:
- Owner decision dates that are related to building activities
- Procurement of owner-furnished equipment
- Planning owner managed special fit-up activities and furnishings
- Moving staff before, during, and after construction
