CONSTRUCTION SERVICES: Our services continue during construction. VIS identifies construction firms best suited to your project and helps determine whether general contracting (GC) or construction management (CM) is your best approach. We prepare bidding documents and help to analyze the proposals received.
VISCC continues its support during construction with knowledgeable clerk-of-the-works professionals who can verify that you get what you specified. When needed, we also provide relocation services and coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
