Since 1980, VIS Construction Consultants (formerly Vermont Inspection Services) has been providing project management, clerk-of-the-works, and owner’s representative services on various educational, institutional and municipal projects. In addition, VIS has been providing commercial, residential, and progress inspections for buyers and financial institutions throughout the area.

Having celebrated our 25th anniversary, we are excited to introduce our comprehensive project management services, including state-of-the-art estimating and scheduling. These new services allow us to provide complete pre-construction and project management services that are tailored to your specific construction project. Now, as in the past, we remain focused on being owners’ advocates.
